The Duplex Suite exceeded my expectations with generous space, offering the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, creating a serene atmosphere. I also appreciated the modern and clean design that added a touch of luxury to my experience.
The breakfast service lagged a bit.

We had a boss time here! The Duplex Suite was the biggest hotel room I've ever stayed in, and waking up to those breathtaking views of the Andes was special. Just a shame the restaurant service was a bit slow at times, but overall, a standout stay!

The Limited Edition Loft offered stunning views of the vineyards and was secluded from other buildings, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The bed was large and comfortable, perfect for a good night’s sleep. I loved the walking trail with exercise stations, although I wished there was a gym available. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the lunch and dinner menus provided great choices at reasonable prices. Ordering a cheese plate to enjoy with local wine while taking in the scenery felt like a luxury. Mauricio at the bar crafted some fantastic drinks, making my evenings enjoyable. there were issues with restaurant communication. I found myself waiting a bit too long for service during breakfast, even with multiple staff members around. The hot tub in the pool area also needed some attention. the tiles were loose, and getting in was tricky without a handrail. While the gardens and vineyards were beautiful, I felt the quirky, modern design of the hotel was a mixed bag, leaning towards the stark side. It's about 30 minutes from Mendoza, so a car rental may be better than relying on taxi services, especially to visit nearby restaurants. there was plenty to cherish, but a few service tweaks would elevate the experience significantly.

The views of the surrounding vineyards and the snow-capped Andes create a picturesque backdrop that elevates the whole experience. The Duplex Suite offers ample space and comfort, ideal for couples seeking a relaxing getaway.
Breakfast service lagged, with several guests waiting too long for orders even with multiple staff around. The limited dining options become apparent after a couple of days, leading you outside for meals. The hot tub in the pool area needed attention, with loose tiles making it a bit risky getting in or out. There were also occasional hiccups with restaurant bookings that could leave you in the dark about your dinner plans.
