I found myself waiting a bit too long for service during breakfast, even with multiple staff members around. The hot tub in the pool area also needed some attention. the tiles were loose, and getting in was tricky without a handrail. While the gardens and vineyards were beautiful, I felt the quirky, modern design of the hotel was a mixed bag, leaning towards the stark side. It's about 30 minutes from Mendoza, so a car rental may be better than relying on taxi services, especially to visit nearby restaurants. there was plenty to cherish, but a few service tweaks would elevate the experience significantly.
